Shopping with WS/C
We provide a store with a selection of limited edition environmentally related art, rare and hard to find collectibles, such as books, texts, and accessories.
The sale of these items goes directly to support the WS/C’s research and advocation for world flora, and its outreach through the WS/C website and social media platforms.
Deliveries
All deliveries are shipped directly from WS/C so multiple purchases will arrive in one shipment, with the exception of artworks, which are shipped by the artists themselves. U.S. shipping is a flat fee for standard delivery. Flat fee shipping costs can be seen at the check-out stage. Express delivery for small items is $25.00 and is by special request via email. This does not apply to international shipping (see International Orders). We will email you when your item(s) are shipped. Delivery times will vary according to location.
International Orders
For assistance with international shipping contact us at conservancy@worldsensorium.com. We will return inquiry emails Monday-Fridays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET.
Orders leaving the U.S. are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to settle all local customs, import duties and taxes. Because of possible complications, we reserve the right to cancel international orders that require international shipping. For all international orders shipped outside the United States, we do not accept returns.
Payment Methods
Payment is taken at the time of order and can be made via PayPal; using MasterCard, or American Express.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item, with the exception of artworks. Please contact us at conservancy@worldsensorium.com, with the subject line ‘Returns’. Let us know the order details, and the reason you would like to make a return. If 14 days have passed since the date that your order was delivered, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Returns must be made in the original condition and packaging.
As soon as the returned items have been safely received and pass condition checking a refund will be made, excluding the delivery costs, via the original payment method.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrect.
Cancellations
If you cancel your item before dispatch, any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund.
Pricing
An error could occur where an item(s) is either incorrectly priced or described, in which case we will not supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description. We reserve the right to correct any errors should they occur. We will, at our discretion, either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description.
